Shipping Policy
We can not ship to P.O boxes.
All orders are shipped in plain boxes. The words “The Mood” or logo of The Mood are not printed on the outside of the box. Our shipped from name printed on the label is listed as “Nalla Inc.”
All in stock and credit card approved orders are processed within 24 hours during normal UPS working days.
Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day.
UPS Ground Service transit and delivery times will vary depending on where you live in relation to our zip code 19147. It can range from 1 to 5 UPS working days.
Normal UPS working days are Mondays thru Fridays (excluding holidays)
UPS does not deliver on weekends. Please note next day air packages received on Friday & before our cut off time will not be delivered until Monday.
Return Policy
You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase with original receipt, packaging, and tags attached. Shipping fees are non refundable. Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment.
